SLS Nylon Material

PA6+GF Nylon 3D Printing Service

High-strength glass fiber reinforced SLS nylon for load-bearing, high-rigidity, and high-temperature functional parts.

PA6+GF Nylon is a glass fiber reinforced high-temperature plastic designed for demanding structural and end-use applications. It offers significantly higher stiffness, better load-bearing capacity, and stronger thermal resistance than standard unfilled nylons, making it ideal for automotive parts, industrial fixtures, electronic housings, and structural components that must maintain shape under load and heat.

What Is PA6+GF Nylon?

PA6+GF Nylon is a glass fiber reinforced SLS engineering plastic designed for parts that require high rigidity, improved dimensional stability, and stronger heat resistance than standard nylon materials. The glass fiber reinforcement increases modulus and helps reduce deformation under load, making it suitable for structural and load-bearing applications.

Compared with PA12 and PA11, PA6+GF is much stiffer and more heat resistant, but it has lower elongation and is more brittle. It is best used when structural performance, thermal stability, and shape retention are more important than flexibility or impact ductility.

Best Fit for PA6+GF Printing

  • Structural components with high stiffness requirements
  • Automotive parts and industrial fixtures
  • Electronic housings and rigid mechanical parts
  • Jigs and end-use parts exposed to heat and load
  • Applications where deformation under stress must be minimized

Summary Choose PA6+GF when stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance are the top priorities. Choose PA12+GF for rigid parts with a more balanced cost-performance ratio. Choose PA12 for general all-round nylon performance. Choose PEEK for the most demanding high-temperature and chemical environments.

Need an SLS material for rigid structural parts under heat and load? PA6+GF Nylon is an excellent choice when stiffness, dimensional stability, and thermal resistance are more important than flexibility or elongation.
