FDM Filament Material

FDM PEBA 3D Printing Service

High-rebound FDM PEBA 3D printing for lightweight elastic parts, energy-return components, cushioning structures, and advanced flexible applications.

PEBA is a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer known for combining light weight, flexibility, rebound, and low-temperature toughness. For FDM printing, it is a strong option when you need more energy return and dynamic flexibility than typical rigid filaments can provide, especially for parts that bend, recover shape, or benefit from softer impact behavior.

What Is PEBA Filament?

PEBA filament is a flexible engineering thermoplastic widely used in FDM when parts need elasticity, resilience, and long-term durability. Compared with rigid filaments, it is better for parts that bend, compress, or absorb contact and repeated stress.

Compared with PETG or ABS, TPU 95A is much more flexible and better suited to soft functional parts. It is not the best choice for crisp fine details or rigid structures, but it is highly effective for cushions, straps, seals, sleeves, wear-resistant parts, and flexible end-use components.

Best Fit for PEBA 3D Printing

  • Shoe soles, uppers, and cushioning components
  • Flexible tubes, protective sleeves, and seals
  • Watch straps, sports gear, and wearable parts
  • Flexible phone cases, gaskets, and anti-impact accessories
  • Projects that need repeated bending, resilience, and abrasion resistance

Summary Choose PETG when you need balanced toughness in a mostly rigid part. Choose TPU 95A when the part must bend, compress, recover shape, or survive repeated contact and wear. Choose PEBA when you need a lighter, more energetic, and more premium flexible-material direction for dynamic parts. Choose PC when maximum heat resistance and rigid structural performance matter more.
